If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us ASAP so that we can fix the problem.

• If the book arrived damaged, we'll exchange the book at no cost to you.

• If you are otherwise unsatisfied with the book, return it in new condition to the address on the invoice for a full refund of the cost of the book.

In either case, if you live anywhere near Tel Aviv or Ramat Gan, drop us a line first, we may be able to do a free bicycle pickup/exchange :).
